The jury shall sanction a competitor if he violates the regulations of the ICR (International Competition rules) or doesn't follow the decisions of the jury.

 

Reasons for a disqualifications are, e.g.:

Violation of the regulations concerning the equipment,
Arriving late at the start,
Starting before the hill-clear signal, 
Exceeding the start control tme,
Violates the obligations of the athlete

 

If a jumper is disqualified, he will get zero points for the affected jump during the current round.
