Mattel and Hendrickson change places

Yesterday she was third, today French Coline Mattel improved this position and was once again excited about the event in Ljubno: "The competition today was a lot more exciting and there were many long jumps. It's was a great feeling to jump in front of such a great crowd again and of course I'm very happy with my second place." 87 m in both rounds earned her 243.3 points and she is now also third in the overall World Cup ranking. Also Coline Mattel's teammates did well today. Lea Lemare (12th) and Julia Clair (17th) could also score World Cup points.

Also Sarah Hendrickson was on the podium once again, this time as third. With 85.5 m she was fifth after the first round, but with 88 m in the final (241.8 points) she moved up to the podium. Maja Vtic and Eva Logar followed as 11th and 13th. Katja Pozun was second after the first round, but missed the podium by only two points.

It was also not a good day for two other athletes. Finland's Julia Kykkaenen and Slovene Barbara Klinec were disqualified because of their suits were not compliant to the rules.
