Michael Uhrmann wins German Championships

Michael Uhrmann won the German national championships on the large hill in Oberhof. The 31-year-old showed jumps of 133 m and 131 m (272.2 points) and won ahead of the other veterans Michael Neumayer (261.8 points) and Martin Schmitt (260.0 points).

National titles for Bavaria and Anna Rupprecht The team competition was won by BSV I, represented by Michael Neumayer, Felix Schoft, Severin Freund and Michael Uhrmann with 1068.5 points. Julian Musiol, Danny Queck, Stephan Hocke and Andreas Wank landed on the second place for TSV I (968.3 points). The third place went to SBW I (910.7 points) with Maximilian Mechler, Niclas Wangler, Pascal Bodmer and Martin Schmitt.
The women’s title surprisingly went to the only 13-year-old Anna Rupprecht with 237.4 points (68 m and 72.5 m). Ulrike Graessler (60m/70.5m; 236.0 points) and Melanie Faisst (71.5m/69.5m; 235.6 points) followed as second and third. |
