Mixed competition at the Nordic WSC 2013
The FIS Council carried out its fall meetings in Schladming (AUT) recently. Besides the reports of the organizers of the future World Championships, also some decisions about proposals of the various committees were on the schedule there.

It was confirmed that the prize money for women's Grand Prix competitions has to be at least CHF 6 000,-. In individual competitions this amount will be divided between the best six athletes and in team competitions between the Top 3.
A prize money of at least CHF 10 000,- has to be awarded in mixed team competitions (divided between the Top 3).
Mixed-competition in Val di Fiemme
Decisions were also made concerning the competition schedule for the next Nordic World Championships in Val di Fiemme (ITA) 2013. It is now officially confirmed that the team competition on the normal hill will be held as a mixed competition, with teams consisting of two men and two ladies.
